Everything you need to know about Group Visibility Accelerator. And whether it might be the right solution for you.

If you’ve been thinking about joining the Visibility Accelerator, but you cant quite justify the cost it might interest you to know that you could share your quarterly shoots with your business bestie!

Imagine having an excuse to meet up with your business mate every quarter for photos and b-roll and ending it with lunch.

But you’ve probably got a few questions… so here is everything you need to know about Visibility Accelerator.

I’ll be using Claire Lockey & Katie Sheach as examples (they’re already members) so you can see exactly how it works…

Will the Group Visibility Accelerator locations work for me?

The VISIBILITY Accelerator is for entrepreneurs who need up-to-date and seasonal content for social media, their websites and PR…

The locations will be chosen for the year at the first planning call. Both of your ideas, needs and suggestions will be taken into account. Or you might just be happy to go along with my ideas.

For example Katie and Claire needed website photos and photos of them working at a desk. So we booked the studio. However Katie also expressed an interest in getting some outdoor photos too. So we split the time in two and visited a hotel for lunch and photos/videos outside.

Will my photos all be the same as the other persons?

Though you’ll share your shoot day every quarter, you’ll get your own individual images. Before every shoot we’ll work out what you need from the photos and b-roll.

We’ll look at how the location will work for you and whether we need to consider a couple of different locations.

No shots are duplicated we change up the angles, the vibe, the props for you and your business. Unless you spot someone having a photo that you’d like too!

Will I use all the content?

We will have discussed what you’ve got coming up and we’ll be creating content to support you in what you’re doing that quarter. But we’ll also be aware of what you have coming up over the year too.

So you might not use all the content straight after a shoot, but that’s the point. We’re building up an archive of content for you to use again and again, so that its there when you need it.

How many outfits can I bring?

It depends – You might have something very specific you need to wear or you and might bring a few options and you’ll be a quick change artist with a suitcase of options.

We’ll talk through options and where you can get changed to help pick the order of outfit too. Typically you’ll be looking at between 3-5 outfit choices.

If we’re shooting outside it might make more sense to layer your outfits so you’re not flashing any unsuspecting passers-by.

Do I need to bring props and what kind of things should I bring?

Again, we’ll plan all this depending on the location, what you’re going to be doing in the next quarter and what makes sense for you.

If we’re in a studio with a desk set-up, it’s going to make sense to have your laptop, notepad, maybe some things from home that you have on your desk.

How quickly will I get the pictures?

I’ll be aiming to get the photos to you within 7 days. The whole idea is that you can start planning and scheduling your content as soon as possible.

If you need any of the images retouching, this will take another 7 days.

How will I get the pictures?

You’ll get your own gallery for the photos and video. Each quarter will be clearly labelled and you’ll have access where ever you are. So you can download on the go.

Will the video be edited?

I’ll be aiming to take videos of at least 10 seconds. So you can use it on loop, chop it up, or put more than one video together.

I’ll will have graded the videos, removed any sound and ensured that they look their best!

What if I can’t make a date?

The dates for the year are set (so that you can plan your diary and content in advance) but that doesn’t mean we can’t work something out if we need to. We could potentially look at changing the date as a group.
