Today we’re looking at How to use Brand photography when you rebrand your business.
When you’re rebranding a business, it can be useful to use brand photography to help communicate the new image and messaging to your target audience.
Here are a few tips on how to effectively use brand photos during a rebrand.
Colours
Remember that after you’ve had a rebrand it’s worth including your Brand colours in the images. It can be a really effective way to make your brand photos look amazing on your website, on your Instagram or on any other social media platforms.
Consistency
Ensure that all brand photos align with the new visual identity, including colour palette, typography, and imagery style.
Also make sure that you use your new brand identity and photos across every single platform that you use. You don’t want there to be any doubt that it you!
Evolve your visual style
Make updates to your visual style to reflect the changes in your brand and to differentiate from your previous brand.
Showcase the new brand
Once you’re new brand is ready, make a big deal of it. You’ve put so much effort, time and probably money into re-branding so make sure to let everyone know.
Have a rebrand party or do a ‘live’ or webinar where you talk about why you rebranded and what it means for your customers.
Introduce new products or services
Use brand photos to introduce new products or services, to help build excitement and generate interest. Maybe look at doing different style of photo from what you have previously used?
Did you previously use lots of flat lay style photos for your brand? Maybe you could try more of a lifestyle image – where your products are in a real life situation?
Incorporating brand photos effectively into a rebranding effort can help communicate the new image and messaging of the business, and create a stronger emotional connection with your target audience.
