Business Branding photography can be a delight or a challenge, depending on the location you’ve chosen.
But when I walked into James Hare Fabric in Leeds, it felt like stepping into a photographer’s dream. And talk about surprises! Seeing Adriana there, was the cherry on top. I had no idea she was a part of the team? 😂
Now, speaking from experience, if every business branding photography session could be held in a studio like James Hare Fabric’s, I’d be a happy lady.
The lighting there? Oh, it’s what dreams are made of. Soft, illuminating, and just right to make every shot look magazine-worthy.
But let’s talk business (branding photography, that is!). Picking the ideal location for your shoot is pretty much half the battle won. It sets the tone, influences the mood, and can either make or break the look you’re aiming for.
So, how do you nail that choice?:
- Think Brand Alignment: Ensure the location vibes with your brand’s personality. A hip startup might lean towards a vibrant, urban backdrop, while a luxury brand might opt for something more sophisticated and serene.
- Logistics Matter: Easy access, parking, and facilities can make the shoot process smoother. Remember, we want you to be as stress free as possible.
- Scout Ahead: Don’t rely solely on pictures or word of mouth. Visit the place. Feel the ambiance. Can you visualize your shoot coming alive there?
- Consider the Light: As I witnessed at James Hare Fabric, natural light can be magic. But also think about the time of day, potential shadows, and whether you’ll need additional lighting setups.
- Props and Accessories: Some locations come equipped. Others, you might need to spruce up. Think about what you’ll need to bring along to complete the vision.
Business branding photography isn’t just about snapping pictures; it’s about telling a story, your brand’s story.
Every detail, especially the location, plays a crucial role in that narrative. And if you need some help, just give me a shout!
